HOA Fumigation Project

A large HOA residential building undergoing professional termite fumigation. A massive, multi-unit apartment complex is completely enclosed in a heavy-duty, tarp (often called a “tent”). This ensures the fumigant gas remains trapped inside to penetrate the wood structure. Ventilation hoses are visible along the sides of the structure. These are used to safely pump the fumigant into the building and later aerate it before residents return.

2How does your HOA protection approach help reduce liability? We document findings clearly, explain recommended actions, and provide a defensible process that supports planning, follow-through, and property-protection decisions.
